Ivy manages client files and organises letter of engagement. She uses various IT technologies to facilitate seamless operation of Immigration Trust.
She will issue an invoice and receipt for our clients as well as maintain our central Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
All of our clients' expiry dates of visa and crucial stages will be reminded by her. She will notify you of any update on your visa application in time. All these are possible due to her exceptional organisational skills and IT expertise.
