2. Fixed Fee QuoteWe will provide you a fixed fee quote and our easy-to-understand letter of engagement before we accept any money from you.
We very rarely need to revise our fixed fee agreement. In practice, this only happens if you didn't tell us about potentially prejudicial situations (such as a criminal conviction, serious medical conditions, etc.) before we submitted your application or you don't alert us to problems of this nature that have arisen while Immigration New Zealand is processing your application. |
3. Case ManagementYou will be assigned a Licensed Immigration Adviser (case manager) who will be your first point of contact at Immigration Trust.
He/She will answer all your queries, provide detailed information about the application process and keep you informed of things as they happen. |
