​Who can use the INZ 1021 form?

​Tour organisers or advisers applying for a group of travellers visiting New Zealand for the same purpose, date, and duration must use this form

Do all group members need to submit individual visa applications?​

​Yes, every group member must complete a separate Visitor Visa Application (INZ 1017, INZ 1188, or INZ 1189). The INZ 1021 form links these applications under a single group.

​Can I use the INZ 1021 form for family visits?

​No, the INZ 1021 is intended for organised group tours only. Family applications should be submitted using individual Visitor Visa forms.

​Do group members need to travel together?

​Yes, all group members must travel to New Zealand on the same flight, for the same purpose, and for the same duration.

​Who needs to sign the INZ 1021 form?

The tour organiser or adviser must sign the form, confirming that all group members are travelling together under the same itinerary.​
