Ming Lim-Pollard​

Independent Director & Head of Financial Institution.

Ming serves as Director on several boards including Council Control Organisation and Independent Director on one of the largest independently owned farm of about 30,000 acres.  She also represents on part time basis as Head of Financial Institution, Titan NZ Funding Trust and BNZ Facilities Management Limited.  Ming has responsibility for the funding vehicle for Titan NZ and to facilitate access to domestic and offshore investors for New Zealand corporates.

Prior to assuming the current position at Titan NZ Funding Trust, Ming was involved in the establishment of NAB (NZ) Limited and the BNZ Facilities Management Limited, the entity responsible for the management of BNZ RMBS and the BNZ covered bond.

Ming has over 25 years banking experience as a credit controller, transactional manager and corporate client syndication manager. She is a Chartered Accountant and has a law degree. She holds ACA (NZICA), BBA (OU), LLB (AUT), PGDipAcctg (MU) and hopes to complete her MA (MU) in due course.

Ming currently serves as a Director of The Equine Dentist Ltd, Endeavour Services Ltd and Eastland Properties Services Ltd. Ming is also involved in charitable work for AUT Law Student Society, Savy, Cure Kids, Bill McKinlay Park Trust and Generation Kiwi01.
