More successful Section 61 cases

CASE 6) A female client came to us before the Covid-19 lockdown. She is heavily pregnant.  She has been unlawful for years and has a deportation order on her.  She organized a paid phone consultation first.  After the consultation with Simon (our CEO), she engaged with us just before the lockdown. He worked with the compliance team in INZ and Section 61 team as well as the Malaysia High Commissioner to make things happened for her.  Now she registered herself with a hospital and will deliver her baby in 3 weeks. 
CASE 7) Immigration Trust managed to get another successful unlawful case.  Our client came to us after leaving his violent partner, who supported his resident visa.  As soon as we engaged, we guided him on what to do and prepared (over-prepared) to get his visitor visa (6 months) approved.  We will be working together to prepare for victims of domestic violence work visa and resident visa during this period.
