Successful Ministerial Intervention Case 5

A client, unlawful for many years and unsuccessful in previous attempts to regularise his status, sought our help through a paid consultation with Simon, our CEO.

Instead, he recommended pursuing a ministerial intervention, appealing directly to the Associate Minister of Immigration for a solution.
