This client from Indonesia contacted us to help him with his 2021 Resident visa with his family. The application had some complications as the client’s wife had a medical condition. When applying for visas, people with medical conditions need to prove to INZ that they are in the Acceptable Standard of Health, otherwise, there is a risk that the application could be rejected. And in this case, rejection of the client’s wife would mean rejection of the client’s application as well as their son’s visa as well.
The client booked a consultation with Simon to explain the situation and ask for his professional advice. After reading reviews about our firm on Google, the client booked his consultation with Simon, our CEO, as he was confident that he would be able to provide suitable guidance about his application. After hearing the facts, Simon discussed a viable approach to submitting the application to INZ that satisfied the client.
Impressed by his expertise, the client quickly signed off on Simon's letter of engagement without further deliberations. It was clear that after having experienced Simon's well-prepared recommendations and proposed strategies, the client felt certain their application would be resolved in due course.
Simon and his client worked closely together to ensure that their application to Immigration New Zealand was completely precise. They took great care to provide all of the essential forms and evidence and double-checked these thoroughly, in order to eliminate any potential issues that could arise later in the process. With due care, they successfully submitted the application with his wife’s Medical Waiver and hoped for a quick resolution of their visa application.
Much to the client’s relief after waiting for several months, his wife’s Medical Waiver got accepted and the whole family got their Resident Visa.
Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model. Although this was initially difficult to adjust to, we quickly found it more efficient and practical to communicate with our clients online with our advanced IT system. So even when the restrictions were lifted, our firm decided to continue with the no face-to-face meeting policy, which saves time and money while still providing clients with high-quality service.
