Unlawful case - successful section 61 request

Immigration Trust engaged with a client whose partnership based resident visa was challenged, and her work visa was expired.  She became unlawful and organised a paid consultation with us then engaged with us straight after.

We handled the case and submitted her section 61 application to make sure her existing resident visa is still alive.

Now she got her work visa, and we will resume her resident visa application.
