Our first client for this case was a mother from Indonesia. She contacted us from Indonesia to have a paid consultation with Simon, our CEO. Then her guardian visa was approved to come to NZ to stay with her sons.
She meant to return to Indonesia with her husband once one of her sons finished college, but when she lost her husband during the Covid lockdown, she wanted to stay in New Zealand to support them. The mother wants to ensure that her family has what they need, so when she got the chance for a work visa, she booked an appointment with us to assist her with her work visa application from a guardian visa.
Since she could not apply for a work visa while on a guardian visa, she was advised to apply for a visitor visa first, which our firm handled; then her work visa application was submitted and successfully approved.
Her second son's student visa was expiring, and he was going to move to another country and needed a visa to stay while his university was being sorted. His mother contacted Simon again, our CEO and principal advisor at Immigration Trust. His visitor visa was approved to remain in NZ with his mother and older brother while he is sorting out his university studies in another country.
It was a successful outcome for our client and another rewarding accomplishment for our firm.
