There's something special about the bond between grandparents and grandchildren. It's a relationship built on a foundation of love, respect, and shared experiences. For many grandparents, watching their grandchildren grow up is one of the greatest joys in life. Unfortunately for some others, they live away from each other and all they can do is visit.

Our team was more than happy to help out one of our clients who wanted to bring his mother to NZ for a visit. My client has been living in NZ for 7 years and has built a family. He now has a 5-year-old child who never met his grandmother. The client told us it would be the perfect time for them to meet on his November birthday. She could come and spend time with her grandson and the rest of her family.

As soon as the client engaged for this case, Simon immediately collected all the information and documents to submit to INZ. Everything went smoothly for the case submission as Simon already has an existing professional relationship with this client. They were able to file the application without any issues.

Not long after, INZ approved the grandparent visitor visa. It was a pleasure to help make this happen for our client and his family.

Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model. Although this was initially difficult to adjust to, we quickly found it more efficient and practical to communicate with our clients online with our advanced IT system. So even when the restrictions were lifted, our firm decided to continue with the no face-to-face meeting policy, which saves time and money while still providing clients with high-quality service.​
