Successful Ministerial Intervention case - 2

The client's Section 61 was refused by INZ, and she was about to receive a Deportation Order. As soon as she engaged with us, Simon, our CEO, communicated with the INZ compliance team to organise a voluntary leave. At the same time, he prepared the Ministerial Intervention, and the application was successful while the client was outside of NZ. She got the permanent character waiver for her to apply for a visa to come back to NZ to join her husband.  ​
