​What supporting documents are required with the INZ 1017 form?

  • Two recent passport-sized photos.
  • Passport or travel document.
  • Medical or chest X-ray certificates if required.
  • Evidence of financial support (bank statements or Sponsorship Form INZ 1025).
  • Proof of onward travel or sufficient funds to leave New Zealand.
