The INZ 1025 Sponsorship Form for Temporary Entry is required when a New Zealand citizen, resident, organisation, or government agency agrees to sponsor an applicant for a visitor, work, or student visa. By completing this form, the sponsor confirms they will provide financial support, accommodation, and cover the costs of return travel or deportation if needed. Sponsors may also opt to cover maternity care costs.
