Successful Ministerial Intervention Case - 6

A client organised a paid consultation with Simon, our CEO, after receiving a deportation order. He was desperate to find someone to intervene and help him urgently.

He had a deportation order placed on him and wanted to apply for an appeal to IPT; however, since he had the order, he could not apply for the appeal. Simon advised him that it is a case that ministerial intervention is required.

As soon as Simon engaged with the case, he prepared and submitted the ministerial intervention request to the Associate Minister of Immigration, which was successful. Now he has a chance to appeal to IPT to legalise his status in NZ. The client was over the moon to with the result.
