Over the years, we assisted them with various visa applications, including visitor visas, student visas, and Accredited Employer Work Visas (AEWV). Journey to Residency

The family's journey was particularly challenging due to their child's serious medical condition, which initially led to the decline of their resident visa applications. This setback necessitated a more strategic and determined approach.

Overcoming Obstacles

Tribunal Appeal: Following the decline, we appealed to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal (IPT) to reconsider the family's case. We presented comprehensive evidence showcasing the family’s significant contributions and long-term commitment to New Zealand.
Special Direction: The IPT, recognizing the family’s circumstances and contributions, recommended to the Minister of Immigration to use a special direction to grant them resident visas. This intervention was pivotal in reversing the earlier decision.

Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and conducted all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19.
