Successful Case: General Visitor Visa after Section 61 Approval

We recently had the pleasure of assisting a male client from India with his immigration needs in New Zealand. His journey began when he approached us for being unlawful in New Zealand. Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and conducted all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19.
