This is a continuation of our client’s journey in his NZ immigration. He was in a difficult situation and had been in New Zealand for an extended period without legal status. As soon as we secured the client's Section 61 request, Simon, our CEO, promptly initiated the process of preparing the client's work visa application. They worked and prepared carefully to ensure that no step would be missed and that all documents and evidence were appropriate for submission.
 
A few months later, the client received exciting news from INZ that his work visa application had been approved, enabling him to work in New Zealand for a period of two years. He felt thrilled to receive the news that he is one step closer to his long-term goal of relocating with his family to New Zealand for good. He is now getting ready to apply for his Resident Visa.
