A client with a cardiac condition initially lodged his 2021 Resident Visa application independently. In early February, he received a PPI (Potentially Prejudicial Information) letter from his case officer and a medical assessor, indicating he may not meet New Zealand’s Acceptable Standard of Health. His condition was flagged as having a high likelihood of requiring surgical or other interventions within five years.
Upon receiving the PPI letter, he searched online and found our Medical Waiver Assessment service, scheduling a consultation with our CEO, Simon. Following this consultation, he engaged our services to support his Medical Waiver application, which Simon meticulously prepared and submitted to Immigration New Zealand (INZ). After navigating multiple additional PPIs, his and his family’s resident visas (four in total) were successfully approved. By proactively researching and reaching out to us, he secured a positive outcome for his residency journey.
