Successful Medical Waiver Case 9

This client initially sought help from another immigration adviser to apply for a Partnership-based Work Visa. However, due to his medical condition, he received a PPI letter from Immigration New Zealand (INZ) and, unsure of his adviser’s support, searched for a more experienced adviser to assist with his response.

He found our firm and booked a consultation with Simon, our CEO. After discussing his case, the client felt more confident about his visa prospects. Simon promptly sent an engagement letter, which the client signed, allowing Simon to initiate the Change of Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA) and request an extension from INZ to respond to the PPI letter. With the extension granted, Simon thoroughly prepared a response, including a medical waiver request supported by detailed evidence of the client’s condition.

After ongoing communication with the case officer and providing all necessary documents, the client was granted his Partnership-based Work Visa and later engaged our firm for his residence visa application.
