Successful Partner Visa Case 31

In late 2019, this client sought our help to secure a Culturally Arranged Marriage Visitor Visa for his future wife after her two previous visa applications were declined.

He consulted Simon, our CEO, and decided to engage our services. Recognising the complexity of the offshore application, Simon meticulously prepared the case. A few months later, her visitor visa was approved, allowing her to join her partner in New Zealand.

To ensure future success, the couple continued working with us for her subsequent visas. After arriving in NZ and staying with her husband for five months, her Partnership-Based Work Visa was approved. During this time, she was granted an interim visa after her visitor visa expired.

With the work visa approved, Simon promptly began preparing her Partnership-Based Resident Visa. By addressing the case officer’s requests, her resident visa was successfully approved.

The couple was overjoyed to finally live together in NZ and are now planning the next chapter of their life, including starting a family.
