Successful Resident Visa Case 14

In late 2018, a client from Invercargill reached out to us with a work visa character issue, arranging a consultation with Simon. During their call, the client realised his current adviser couldn’t handle the complexities of his case, prompting him to engage our firm.

Since then, we have successfully managed his work visa with a character waiver, a VOC with a character waiver, and his SMC application. When the 2021 Resident Visa policy launched, he entrusted us to handle his application.
