Successful Resident Visa Case 22

A couple approached us initially for the male partner's Partner of a Worker Work Visa. He scheduled a paid consultation with Simon before their engagement to understand the process and requirements. Later, we were entrusted with handling the Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) application for his partner. Her job title didn’t directly match an ANZSCO code, requiring us to collaborate closely to ensure her role aligned with a suitable job title on the ANZSCO list.

When Immigration New Zealand (INZ) paused SMC processing, they continued to accept Expressions of Interest (EOI). Simon prepared and submitted her EOI, which included her partner as a secondary applicant. Following this, we received advice to submit her 2021 Resident Visa application by late February 2022. Today, their resident visas were successfully approved.

Although Simon and the couple never met face-to-face, the dedication and seamless remote communication ensured a positive outcome for their journey towards residency.
