A female client initially approached us for a paid consultation after receiving a PPI letter for her Essential Skills Work Visa, while her Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) resident visa application was still in progress. During her consultation with Simon, our CEO, and after a comprehensive assessment, she was advised to withdraw her SMC application. She then successfully obtained a new Essential Skills Work Visa for a new position and later submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) for residence under her updated role.
When the New Zealand government introduced the 2021 Resident Visa policy, she was advised to apply under this pathway alongside her husband. After several months of anticipation, both of their resident visas were granted. Throughout the entire process, all communication with Simon was conducted online or over the phone. Thanks to effective coordination, she achieved her work visa and her and her husband's resident visas without ever needing an in-person meeting.
