INZ1264 - Employer Supplementary Form for Family of Highly Skilled Temporary Workers in New Zealand

You may be able to travel to New Zealand while the border is closed if we consider you have a critical purpose to travel.  In your request to travel you will be asked to submit a form completed by the employer of your partner or parent who is working in New Zealand.
