Case 1) 
A client works as a Telecommunications Technician (ANZSCO 342414). 

Some of his responsibilities are:
- Surveying the complex Buildings like Apartments, Retirement Villages etc. 
- UFB Network Design and installation 
- Installing and configuring ONT, modem/Router 
- Installation of voice outlet, Pre termination including organization, forming, dressing and labelling to the industry standards 
- Inspecting and Testing lines and cables 
- Mounting installation of Buddie, Ont and Termination points 
- Splicing, Blowing, Managing and testing fibre. 
- Installing and configuring ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and Connect with RGW (Residential Gateway) / Wireless Modem. 
- Installing EPT, ITP, Modem and RJ45 according to customer or job pack plan. 

He came to us to engage for his essential skills work visa while he was on an open work visa.  Once his work visa was approved, he engaged with us for his Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) resident visa. 

He was in a situation that he had to change his job while his SMC was being processed, which we worked with his case officer to manage this transition without negatively affected this SMC application.

As soon as his case officer was allocated, we received several PPIs, which we worked together to challenge. 

More than two years later, today, he has his resident visa secured for himself and his wife. ​
