Deportation Order, Section 61, PPIs, Character waiver then finally Resident Visa Approved.

In early 2020, a couple organised a paid consultation with Simon. She had a deportation order placed on her and had to report to a compliance team every week before the order took place.

He managed to delay the deportation order and submitted Section 61 application, which was successful. INZ approved the client with a visitor visa. Then we prepared her Partnership based work visa, which was challenged by several PPI letters, and INZ finally approved her two-year work visa. 

Then her resident visa application was prepared and submitted. Once again, we had to prepare her character waiver, which was approved after a few PPIs. Finally, yesterday, her resident visa was approved. 

It has been two years of hard-working but all worthwhile to see that she has a new future in New Zealand with her partner and a new job. ​
