We engaged with him to sort out his partner's visa issue then the couple engaged with us for his SMC, including his partner. Initially, they were not convinced that they needed to submit EOI, but Simon explained it was best to apply just in case. 

With this EOI submission, their 2021 Resident Visa application was submitted earlier than the March 2022 group and then processed with priority. Finally, their resident visas were approved. ​
