This client first approached our firm in the latter part of 2019 to help him apply for his future wife's Culturally Arranged Marriage Visitor Visa. Her previous visas were declined two times. 

He had booked a consultation with Simon, our CEO, to discuss whether we could engage to help him. After the consultation, the client decided to engage with our firm, and Simon took the case. Since it was an offshore application, Simon wanted to ensure it would be well prepared. After a few months, she received the Visitor Visa to visit NZ to stay with her partner. 

The client wanted to make sure her following visas (work and resident visas) will be approved. So they extended their engagement with our firm. Her Partnership based work visa was approved after she arrived in NZ and stayed with her husband for 5 months. Her visitor visa expired after her work visa submission, and she was given an interim visa to stay with her husband.  

As soon as her work visa was approved, Simon started working on the Partnership-based Resident Visa application. After responding her case officer's requests for more information, her resident visa was finally approved. 

The couple was ecstatic to receive the approved visa; they can now stay together in NZ and will start planning to have children soon.
