Our firm engaged with the Wellington Indian Association to assist them in applying for Musician Visas. They want to bring 3 musicians from India to perform in one of their most important events, the Navratri.
This event is very significant for the association. They were unable to celebrate their events for the past couple of years due to Covid-19 and its travel restrictions, and that was why it would be the first time in 2 years that they will be celebrating again in full capacity with their members.
As soon as they engaged with Simon, our CEO, for their application, he prepared the paperwork and guided the musicians with all the requirements needed by INZ.
While the application was ongoing, it became apparent that there was a chance that the musician visas would not be approved on time. Because of this, Simon decided to send a request for urgent processing to INZ. The association’s Navratri 2022 is scheduled for 26 September to 5 October, so they only had 3 weeks to wait for their visas.
Thankfully, we received a favourable outcome two days after Simon requested for the urgent request. INZ granted the musician visas. The association and their devoted members will now be able to celebrate fully.
Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model. Although this was initially difficult to adjust to, we quickly found it more efficient and practical to communicate with our clients online with our advanced IT system. So even when the restrictions were lifted, our firm decided to continue with the no face-to-face meeting policy, which saves time and money while still providing clients with high-quality service.
