Successful 2021 Resident Visa Case 52

This client first approached us in 2020 for his immigration matter after he found out about our firm through Google search. Our CEO, Simon, was delighted to meet him and hear about his goals. The client was on an open work visa but wanted to pursue the Essential Skills Work Visa. Additionally, he wanted to apply for his wife's Partnership-based Visa.

Simon was eager to provide all the necessary information for his desired applications during their 15-minute phone consultation. After their meeting, a letter of engagement was sent to the client, which he directly signed. Simon started working on the application immediately.

However, when the restrictions got lifted, our firm decided to continue the no face to face meeting policy after we found out it was more practical and efficient.
