This client first approached us in 2020 for his immigration matter after he found out about our firm through Google search. Our CEO, Simon, was delighted to meet him and hear about his goals. The client was on an open work visa but wanted to pursue the Essential Skills Work Visa. Additionally, he wanted to apply for his wife's Partnership-based Visa.
At the beginning, the client was worried that the whole process of obtaining the requirements for their application will be complicated. But when the client began to work with Simon and our firm's online portal, they soon realized how easy it was! By using this tool, they were able to communicate with us swiftly and get everything done hassle-free.
Simon submitted their application without any delay and eventually, their Essential Skills Work Visa and Partner's Work Visa were approved. Needless to say, their joy was evident having expected a longer and more exacting application procedure.
When they had achieved the required qualifications, the couple contacted us once more for their 2021 Resident Visa. Simon was pleased to see that he still had all of the documents relating to the application file. All the crucial data were already at hand, and a new engagement letter was signed before he could start working on the 2021 Resident Visa application. Every step was carefully monitored by Simon to ensure that there were no issues and everything ran smoothly.
This time, INZ understandably faced some delays in the visa process due to the pandemic. However, Simon maintained communication with the client, until they finally got their successful outcome.
Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and conducted all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19. However, when the restrictions got lifted, our firm decided to continue the no face to face meeting policy after we found out it was more practical and efficient.
