The best testament to the fact that a company is providing excellent service is when clients return to them for help.
This was the case for one of our clients who first approached us for his work visa and then later approached us again for his resident visa in New Zealand.
He first contacted us in 2020 when he got a job offer and wanted to apply for his work visa. The process when smoothly. He and Simon, our CEO, were able to work as a team to have his visa approved quickly.
After a year, the same client became eligible and contacted us again – this time for his resident visa. He made another booking with Simon to discuss the process. After the meeting, we sent him a letter of engagement, which he signed immediately. Not long after, we received his approved resident visa.
The fact that he returned to us for help is a clear indication that he was happy with the service he received the first time around. It also shows that we are knowledgeable and experienced in helping clients with different visa cases. We are proud to be able to provide our clients with the highest level of service and support possible.
Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and did all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19. However, when the restrictions got lifted, our firm decided to adapt the no face to face meeting policy with all our transactions, after we found out it was more practical and efficient.
Our Service Fee is a fixed amount with an instalment plan. Our Fee is reasonable without sacrificing the quality. Try our Assessment and Consultation Service to find out our Fee.
Note: Currently our office is dealing with many PPI, Character Waiver and Medical Waiver cases with the clients who already submitted their 2021 Resident Visa Applications.
