Successful 2021 Resident Visa Case 15

A Japanese couple organised a phone consultation with Simon early last year using our paid consultation service. The principal applicant doubted her job whether she could apply for her SMC. With Simon's advice, we worked to justify her role and submitted her EOI, even though she was unsure whether it was good to submit EOI while INZ stopped processing SMC. However, Simon convinced her to do so. 

Because she submitted EOI last year, we were able to submit her 2021 resident visa application in late February 2022, and finally, the couple's resident visas have been approved today. 

If someone has been doing the same thing for ten years, the person knows the work he has been doing and must have accumulated a lot of experience that you can not find from the book or the policy itself.
