This client approached us last year to help him with his 2021 RV application which he already submitted at the time.
He had already submitted his 2021 RV application by himself before he decided to approach us. He wanted to make sure all the documents and requirements of his application would be submitted to INZ without fail. He could not risk his chances, considering he already has been declined a Variation of Condition of his then existing Work Visa, on top of it, this client had a character issue due to a breach of his visa condition that he needed to resolve, making his case more complicated.
He found our firm through Google and booked an online consultation with Simon Park, our CEO. During the meeting, the client relayed to Simon what had happened to his visa status. He was laid off, so he had to undergo different job trials when businesses were just recovering from the pandemic. Because of the uncertainty if he was getting confirmed by new employers, he failed to report his change of employer to INZ. Simon felt that he could help him as the client was just unfortunately caught in the middle of visa layoffs and looking for new sponsorship.
When the client signed his engagement letter, giving Simon the go to start working on his case, Simon got right to it. He carefully gathered any and all possible evidence that could support his current application with INZ, and both Simon and the client worked together each step of the way - from collecting evidence from multiple parties to making sure there was nothing left out when submitting the requirements to INZ.
After months of preparation and anticipation, we were absolutely thrilled to congratulate our client on receiving his 2021 Resident Visa! After the long and often stressful process, it is a huge relief to hear this good news. His reaction was one of pure joy, as he could not wait to begin the next chapter of his life in NZ. We are so happy to have been part of this momentous occasion and wish our clients all the best in their future endeavours.
Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model. Although this was initially difficult to adjust to, we quickly found it more efficient and practical to communicate with our clients online with our advanced IT system. So even when the restrictions were lifted, our firm decided to continue with the no face-to-face meeting policy, which saves time and money while still providing clients with high-quality service.
