A client approached us with high hopes for her SMC resident visa application in 2020. However, due to the unexpected Covid-19 pandemic, the government implemented a lockdown which also led to an unfortunate suspension of the SMC visa policy by INZ. My client’s application came to a halt.
Eventually, INZ announced the 2021 Resident Visa policy. Simon, our CEO, was quick to act when the announcement was made about the new resident visa option. He organised zoom sessions to educate our existing clients about the change and how it might affect them.
The client and Simon immediately worked on her 2021 resident visa application, this time including her husband from her home country. After a few months of waiting, her resident visa was approved. It was a long time coming, but it was worth the wait because now they can stay together in NZ.
This is just one example of how Simon and our team are committed to helping our clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of immigration law. We are here to help make your dreams of living in New Zealand a reality.
Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and did all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19. However, when the restrictions got lifted, our firm decided to adapt the no face to face meeting policy with all our transactions, after we found out it was more practical and efficient.
Our Service Fee is a fixed amount with an instalment plan. Our Fee is reasonable without sacrificing the quality. Try our Assessment and Consultation Service to find out our Fee.
