Unlawful for almost 10 years, had a deportation order, successful Section 61 and successful Partnership based Work Visa.

This is a case in which a client came to us after being unlawful for 10 years and got the deportation order from INZ's compliance officer. 

As soon as she was engaged, Simon worked on her Section 61 request while delaying the deportation order to be implemented. Her Section 61 request was successful, and she had six months visitor visa granted.
