A family of three was granted New Zealand visa through Medical Waiver
A client came to us with her daughter for their SMC resident visa application. Due to his medical condition, her husband got his visa declined and had to leave New Zealand. As a result, the family of three got separated.

Many months later, INZ introduced the 2021 Resident Visa. Simon, our CEO, advised the despondent client to include her husband and applied for a Medical Waiver. Immigration Trust managed several medical waiver cases already and they were successful. He knew it would be the only chance for her client’s husband to join the family in New Zealand. During the separation, their daughter was growing up without her father, so it was very important to have him back.

After working with her husband remotely, Simon prepared and submitted his Medical Waiver application. The Medical Waiver was granted, all three received their resident visas, and their family is once again complete.
