Successful Unlawful/Section 61 case - 25

A client's wife organised a paid consultation after her husband became unlawful due to being sick and confused with his expiry date.  Simon advised what to prepare and how to prepare his Section 61 request.
​Finally, he was granted a visitor visa for 12 months. He will engage us for his subsequent Partnership based Work and Resident Visa. ​​​​​​​​​ Even though his Section 61 request was successful, we expect some challenges from his case officer for his next visa applications, but when we know what will happen, we will be well prepared for the challenges.
