This client first got in touch with our firm back in 2018 regarding variations of condition of his work visa. He wanted to know if our firm could help him fix it. Additionally, he was facing some character issue, specifically failing to declare that his previous visa application to INZ was declined.

After his phone consultation with Simon, our CEO, he requested for a letter of engagement. As soon as we sent it to him, he signed and paid the first instalment.

Simon immediately started working on his case. Together with the client, he collected all the necessary information and filed an appeal. The appeal was successful and the client's work visa was eventually sorted out. Simon was happy to have been able to help his client through a difficult situation.

It's always great to hear from clients after they've been away for a while. In 2021, the client contacted us once again as he was ready to apply for his Partnership-based work visa and Resident Visa. Because he was a returning client, we already had most of his details on file, which made the preparation process a little easier. We were able to help him get everything in order and submit his application with minimal hassle.

Several back and forth communication with the case officer followed within the next 15 months, but Simon stayed consistent and prompt in responding. After more than a year of hard work, the case was a success; the client got a successful outcome. He now has an NZ Resident Visa.

Note: The client and Simon never once met in person and conducted all communications through our advanced IT system. It was due to the restrictions on travelling and meetings because of Covid-19. However, when the restrictions got lifted, our firm decided to continue the no face to face meeting policy after we found out it was more practical and efficient.
