When the client first contacted us, he was at a critical point in his immigration matter. His current application for a Work to Residence Visa had been put on hold due to a Character Issue, which meant he needed to respond to a PPI letter from his case officer. Unfamiliar with what the next steps should be, he decided to reach out to us. After a 30-minute phone consultation with Simon, our CEO. With severe time restrictions and demanding circumstances surrounding this issue, we knew that it was important to get our client the assistance they needed without delay.
The client decided to engage with us after we sent him our letter of engagement. Not only did he have all relevant information laid out before him in a timely fashion but also had complete peace of mind knowing that Simon would act according to best practices to get a higher chance of success for his case.
The case took almost a year. Simon had to respond to the PPI to support the client’s case and submit a Character Waiver, among other things. Every step was done with constant communication with the case officer and the client. After providing all the required documents and responding to the queries by INZ, Simon was able to get the client’s Resident Visa approved.
While waiting for his visa approval, the client decided to engage with us for his partner’s Partnership-based Work Visa. He requested Simon to send another Letter of Engagement for this matter. As soon as the client read the engagement letter, he signed it immediately. He and his partner did not want to waste time sorting her visa status, so it was better to do everything sooner and with the help of a licensed immigration adviser with a proven track record.
Simon started working on the partnership-based work visa. This time, the process was smoother as the client already knew the steps to take. All the requirements that Simon needed were directly uploaded to our client portal, and every question they had was answered through our client portal too. Simon was able to submit the partnership work visa application to INZ without any issues.
After only a couple of months, the partnership visa got approved too. The couple’s visa are both sorted now and they are looking forward to engage with us again for her partner’s resident visa.
Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model. Although this was initially difficult to adjust to, we quickly found it more efficient and practical to communicate with our clients online with our advanced IT system. So even when the restrictions were lifted, our firm decided to continue with the no face-to-face meeting policy, which saves time and money while still providing clients with high-quality service.
How you prepare documents and approach to the requests by your case officer will make a huge difference. We have been quite successful in many Partnership-based Visa Applications. Before you decide to engage with us for your case, please test whether your case would succeed via our service below.
