When the client first contacted us, he was at a critical point in his immigration matter. His current application for a Work to Residence Visa had been put on hold due to a Character Issue, which meant he needed to respond to a PPI letter from his case officer. Unfamiliar with what the next steps should be, he decided to reach out to us. After a 30-minute phone consultation with Simon, our CEO. While waiting for his visa approval, the client decided to engage with us for his partner’s Partnership-based Work Visa. He requested Simon to send another Letter of Engagement for this matter. As soon as the client read the engagement letter, he signed it immediately. He and his partner did not want to waste time sorting her visa status, so it was better to do everything sooner and with the help of a licensed immigration adviser with a proven track record.

Simon started working on the partnership-based work visa. This time, the process was smoother as the client already knew the steps to take. All the requirements that Simon needed were directly uploaded to our client portal, and every question they had was answered through our client portal too. Simon was able to submit the partnership work visa application to INZ without any issues.

After only a couple of months, the partnership visa got approved too. The couple’s visa are both sorted now and they are looking forward to engage with us again for her partner’s resident visa.

Note: When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many businesses were forced to reevaluate the way they operated. For us, this meant shifting to a completely remote working model.
