Fang has been working in the childcare industry NZ for 16 years; She is a managing director of Feathers Early Learning Centre and Palms Preschool. She is a director of Telescope Education Ltd, a consulting company that helps people to purchase childcare business, assist manager & business owner. She also runs a mentoring program for registered teachers to gain and maintain full registration.
She guides and mentors people who want to build childcare center from scratch, in supporting of the indoor and outdoor environment to improve the day to day operation efficiency and create a high profile in their local community.
She has a desire to contribute to Early Childhood Education scene in China as an instructor who was educated in NZ. She has successfully built the bridge between NZ and China which requires an understanding of two cultures as well as social capital. Her focus has been on helping people in China to be exposed and understand the world-leading teaching curriculum from New Zealand so they can provide quality care for our future generations.
As migrant herself, she understands the difficulty and the needs of new migrants. Hence, she feels a sense of belonging to Immigration Trust where she can help and support the settlement of new migrants in the future.
