Successful 2021 Resident Visa Case 22

A couple came for a male partner's partner of a worker work visa first. He organised a paid consultation with Simon before the engagement. Then we engaged for his partner's SMC application. Her job title was not something in the ANZSCO code; hence we needed to work together to justify the alignment with our chosen job title in the ANZSCO list. 

When INZ stopped processing SMC applications, it was still accepting EOI applications. Simon prepared and submitted her EOI, including her partner. Because we submitted her EOI, we were advised to submit her 2021 resident visa application in late February 2022, and their resident visas were approved today.
