A client with a cardiac abnormality submitted his 2021 Resident Visa application last year himself. In early February, he received a PPI letter mentioning that his case officer and a medical assessor think he does not meet the Acceptable Standard of Health. His condition has a high probability of surgical and/or other procedural intervention in five years.
After the consultation, he engaged with us. Simon worked with him to prepare his Medical Waiver application and submitted it to INZ.
After several further PPIs, his and his family's resident visas (4) were approved today. He saved himself by googling and doing his due diligence to find and engage with us in time.
