Applied for a SMC resident Visa then changed to Partner Visa

Our client approached us using our paid consultation service.  She wanted to apply for a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa. Her SMC has no case officer allocated for many months and based on the current immigration situation, she was advised that it would take more than two years for her resident visa to be processed.
