This service is for a case with previous decline record and/or with complication. 

This product is one of the most popular products for our clients. 


With this product, you can find out what kind of chances you have with your case without committing to full engagement. 


1. Upon payment, our firm will provide you access to our exclusive client site where you can upload your documents. 

2. We will engage with you legally to request all of your files from Immigration NZ to see how your case was assessed and decided.

3. We will conduct our full assessment with your documents, full records with INZ, and assessment notes by your previous case officer to give you some indication for your options.  

4. There will be a follow-up one on one Phone Consultation (30 minutes) to explain your options and answer any questions you might have.


Note: 

- If you decide to sign a letter of engagement to use our full service, the amount you paid for this service will be deducted from the total fee for the full service. 

- There will not be more or further communications with this package unless specified. If you want more detailed and accessible (24/7) service, please contact us for a full service.
